   Most of our websites are built on WordPress using Elementor.

3. Can you design a custom website using my PSD file?
   Yes, we can design custom websites using your PSD files. Please ask for a quote for this service.

4. Do you offer logo and graphic design services?
   Logo and other graphic design services are available for an additional fee. Contact one of our sales representatives for a quote on designing a complete branding package for your business.

5. Will I have access to a backend admin for content changes?
   Backend admin access for content changes will be provided upon request.

6. Are content changes included in your plans?
   Yes, unlimited content changes are available with all our plans.

7. Do you use stock images?
   We use free stock images on your website to give it a professional look and feel.

Hosting and Domain

1. Is website hosting included in your services?
   Yes, website hosting is included in our services.

2. Can I use my own domain name?
   Absolutely! We’ll provide instructions on how to point your domain name to our hosting once you sign up.

3. Do you provide SSL certificates?
   Yes, we provide free SSL certificates to protect your website from hackers.

4. Are email addresses included with my website?
   Free email addresses with your custom domain name are provided, along with online login information.

E-commerce Websites

1. How many products can you upload for an e-commerce website?
   For e-commerce websites, we upload up to 50 products with images. We’ll need all product information, pricing, shipping charges, etc., in a CSV file (format will be provided). Backend options to upload more products are available upon request for an additional fee.

2. What payment options are available for e-commerce websites?
   For e-commerce websites, we install PayPal and Stripe plugins in the backend for you to configure and accept payments.

SEO and Lead Generation

1. What SEO services are included in the Bloom plan?
   The Bloom plan includes SEO optimization for each of your pages with proper meta titles, meta descriptions, and on-page SEO for better rankings.

2. Do you provide lead capture forms?
   Yes, we add CTA popup forms on your website to capture leads easily.

Support and Communication

1. How can I get support?
   Support is available via email and live chat. You can also communicate about each order in your members area.

Refunds and Cancellation

1. What is your refund policy?
   We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll refund both your monthly charges and setup fees within this period.

2. Can I cancel my subscription? What happens to my website?
   You can cancel your subscription at any time by the end of each subscription period. Upon cancellation, your website will be taken down but will remain available for reactivation for 3 months from the cancellation date.

Website Ownership and Transfer

      We don’t provide source files of your website. If you want to host it on your own servers, please contact us for a quote on providing a full backup.
