2. Services Provided

We offer website design, development, and related services as outlined in our service descriptions and agreed upon in writing with the client.

3. Project Timeline

3.1. We aim to complete website projects within 10-15 days from the receipt of all necessary materials from the client.

3.2. Delays in providing content, images, or other required materials may extend the project timeline.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Payment schedules and amounts will be agreed upon in writing before the commencement of any work.

4.2. For subscription-based services, payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our services.

5.2. If you are unsatisfied with our services within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund of both monthly charges and setup fees.

5.3. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within the 30-day period.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1. Upon full payment, the client is granted full usage rights to the final website design.

6.2. We retain the right to showcase the completed website in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6.3. Source files remain our property and are not provided to the client unless explicitly agreed upon and quoted separately.

7. Website Hosting and Domain Names

7.1. Website hosting is included in our services for the duration of active subscriptions.

7.2. Clients are responsible for registering and maintaining their domain names.

7.3. We will provide instructions for pointing the domain to our hosting services.

8. Content and Materials

8.1. Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, including text, images, and other media.

8.2. We may use royalty-free stock images to enhance the website’s appearance, but the client should provide key branded visuals.

9. E-commerce Websites

9.1. For e-commerce sites, we will upload up to 50 initial products with provided information.

9.2. Additional product uploads or updates may incur extra charges.

9.3. Clients are responsible for configuring payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe) using the provided backend access.

10. Website Maintenance and Updates

10.1. Unlimited content changes are included in all plans, subject to reasonable use.

10.2. Major redesigns or feature additions may be treated as new projects and quoted separately.

11. Cancellation and Termination

11.1. Clients may cancel their subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

11.2. Upon cancellation, the website will be taken offline but remain available for reactivation for 3 months.

11.3. We reserve the right to terminate services for violation of these terms or non-payment.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1. We are not liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages arising from the use of our services.

12.2. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.

13. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the use of our services or any content provided by the client.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
