The Tree Stump Speaker has two stumps, each of which are actually 4-inch speakers. The sound coming out of the speakers is controlled with a circular controller hidden within the tree. The Tree Stump Speaker also comes in a mountable version that looks a lot more realistic and also is simply my favorite of the two versions. The only real knock against this design is its absence of a physical dock. The Tree Stump Speaker are only able to be connected to devices using a 3.5 mm cable that connects to audio jacks.
Tree Stump Speakers
You don’t have to be a tree hugger or perhaps an audiophile to dig the Tree Stump Speaker from Thomas Laenner. The Tree Stump Speaker is really a speaker system for MP3 players designed to appear like a permanently trimmed tree of the stumpy range.
